Despite the constraints caused by Covid-19, student engagement remains a hallmark of the William & Mary experience. Heather Deere, Assistant Director of Parent & Family Programs, will be hosting an open conversation with Director of Student Transition Engagement Programs (STEP) Lauren Garrett, Senior Associate Director of Student Unions & Engagement Trici Fredrick, and Associate Director of Student Leadership Development Jen Leung. Deere and the all-star panel will discuss how W&M is fostering an environment of both in-person and virtual involvement for students.
Join?Dr. Kelly Crace, Director of the Center for Mindfulness and Authentic Excellence and Associate Vice President for Health and Wellness, as he speaks with host Heather Deere, Assistant Director of Parent & Family Programs, on wellness and mindfulness this Spring semester. Dr. Crace will discuss ways to achieve a work-life balance and avoid burn-out this spring along with strategies to recharge on the Spring Break Days scattered throughout the semester.

Study abroad remains a transformational experience your student can take in their college career, and we want to help your student successfully study abroad during their college career. Director of Global Education Sylvia Mitterndorfer leads a session on what Study Abroad opportunities will look like in the future. She will help you learn about changes to the program and exciting opportunities that will be available in the future.
Learn more about academic options available to your student, specifically the pass/fail options for this semester with Janice Zeman, Dean of Undergraduate Studies. She will guide you through the important aspects of your student’s decision and how to approach this semester’s academics and grades.
